IT’S A FACT – WESTSIDERS LOVE A GREAT T-SHIRT
Of all the t-shirts we’ve designed over the years, none has received more prayerful consideration than the one we will give away this Sunday. The design rocks. The message/meaning is fresh and important. Dang, even the color scheme is just right. Yes, I realize that I’m setting expectations high, but I’m confident this t-shirt will earn a love emoji from you!
HAVE YOU HEARD?
We are GIVING A FREE T-SHIRT TO EVERYONE WHO IS ON-CAMPUS FOR WORSHIP THIS SUNDAY. For everyone else, including online worship attendees, the shirt is easily worth the $10 charge you’ll need to pay to get one. However, we’d love to see you in the house Sunday, so we can
gift you one.
So, why invest in t-shirts? To build community, for one thing. But much more,
these shirts carry a challenge we long for our city to see, hear and embrace. Friend, we expect these shirts to inspire great things, beginning with you and me. I know – that’s a lot to ask of a shirt (you might call it a Crazy Ask), but we genuinely anticipate it. Trust me, you want to be among the first to introduce this shirt to Springfield.
In the same way our church changed the Sunday we gave away the shoes on our feet… in the same way our church changed when we collected 50,000 books for libraries in Kenya… in the same way Baptism Days, Christmas services and At the Movies generate momentum that bring people into God’s kingdom, we ask and expect God to launch a movement at West Side starting this Sunday.
